He is always incredibly responsive, helpful, and clear in his communication. I called him late in the week, knowing I was due for an oil change and routine maintenance and worried about a couple long drives and adding too many more miles that weekend. Unlike other experiences, Willie was only too eager to help and assured me he'd fit me into the schedule, and take care of a recall issue at the same time! True to his word, the work was done, even earlier than expected. Thanks again to Willie and the hard working service techs, too! More

Had low pressure in my tires. The problem was evaluated and resolved. The sensors for the valves were corroded, needed to be cleaned and then sealed. This was evident in 2 tires..
