Smooth purchase of used Highlander We knew we wanted a used Highlander, so were looking all around the state. We saw one at Andrew Toyota that met our criteria, so sent an email and go We knew we wanted a used Highlander, so were looking all around the state. We saw one at Andrew Toyota that met our criteria, so sent an email and got quick feedback and then called and talked to Tori. She was very helpful with passing along information promptly by phone and text, including a short video. Michael also was quick with providing information, including another video or two. This was really helpful as we lived over two hours away. We settled on a price over the phone and drove down the next day. Overall the purchasing process was smooth... Tori took us on a test drive, showed us different features, and got some paperwork out of the way. The closing with financing wasn't too bad either (not pushy on different warranties). A waiting / play area for the kids was great! We've had our Highlander for a month and love it. Did have to changed out the towing electrical connection that was corroded/broken, but otherwise no major issues. Would recommend checking out Andrew for a used (or new) car. More
