15000 mile inspection Saturday: everything was good until my cover/button for my side rear view mirrors on the driver’s side disappear. I went right back to the dealership Saturday: everything was good until my cover/button for my side rear view mirrors on the driver’s side disappear. I went right back to the dealership the same day to see what they can do because it was intact before I took it in. Agent told me they’ll order a replacement and should arrive by Monday to be fixed by Tuesday the following week. 2 weeks later on a Saturday: I heard nothing. I called dealership but no on can redirect me accordingly. I went to the dealership myself to get answers. Agent was off that day, so I spoke with a different agent. He took down my information and I took his card. Following Tuesday: I call agent to get answer. Agent stated that “for some reasons the order didn’t go through/never made, so they’ll order it now and should be in by Thursday.” 2 weeks later: heard nothing. I call agent back for follow up, went straight to voicemail. I’ve always love Toyota but not this particular services being provided. I understand everyone is busy but there’s no reason why the job can’t be done with 2 weeks. I shouldn’t have to wait for a simple replacement for almost 6 weeks now. No return call or updates whatsoever. I’m very disappointed. Side note: I hope it’s not because I’m a women and appeared uneducated about cars. I can and will be doing my own oil change from now on. More
