James was very laid back in his approach, but very knowledgeable, very willing to answer any questions, and a good listener. He respected the fact that I had a monthly payment "target" in mind, and he did everything possible to help me get there. The best characteristic about James is while being so helpful, he did not put the common pressure to buy on me. At the end of the day he let me make my own decisions. Before I even went to this dealership, Peter sent me a quote online that was lower than any other dealer I had talked to. I didn't feel the pressure to haggle with prices because I already knew I was get quote online that was lower than any other dealer I had talked to. Jared in financing was wonderful in giving me advice regarding financing and helped me pick out an appropriate package. I only rated the experience as a 4 because the first new car I got ended up having a faulty wire and I had to go back the same day to get a different, but identical car. This was a hassle, but it obviously wasn't this dealership's fault and they were wonderful in keeping me updated with what was going on and making sure I was comfortable with the car I ended up with and all of its options. I would 100% go to them with my business again and recommend them to others. More

My wife and I were researching a new Sienna. It was clear from the beginning that Dave was in a rush. He asked one question (cloth or leather) and then jumped to get a car to show. The car wasn't wha clear from the beginning that Dave was in a rush. He asked one question (cloth or leather) and then jumped to get a car to show. The car wasn't what we wanted. He then told us we couldn't get AWD in a XLE but only in the limited, and argued that we didn't know what we were talking about. When we asked to see an information book for the 2nd time, he told us he might as well pull up the 2nd car so we could see it even though he still hadn't sat to listen to what we were looking for. After an hour of wasted time, Dave passed us off to another dealer because he said we obviously weren't working well together. It was then I realized why Dave was in such a rush. He had a noon appointment to hand over the keys. Had Dave set some expectations from the beginning and actually sat and listened I'm sure we would have had a fine experience. It was a waste of an hour for all of us. Dave passed us off to Matt H who was wonderful. He listened to what we were looking for, answered all our questions and took us for a test drive. Oh and by the way, Matt not only showed that AWD was available in the XLE but he found one on the lot for us to look at and drive. More
