Peter Klein worked with me, answered everyone of my e-mai interested in buying a new car, but like everyone else, I wanted the best deal I could get. Peter Klein worked with me, answered everyone of my e-mails-even if he wasn't in the office, and even in person he was super friendly and never once came across as pushy. Peter was very helpful, had suggestions, was willing to listen, gave some advice, and worked with me to get a great price on a new car. Overall, Andrew Toyota's staff is friendly, not pushy/overbearing, seem to enjoy their jobs, and are people who are just happy to see you happy. I would definately recommend checking out Andrew Toyota if you are looking to buy/lease a car. More

I had a car accident where my car was totaled, so I contacted Andy Schlesinger at Andrew Toyota (where I had previously purchased tw Andrew Totyota. He put me in contact with Peter Klein, who helped me choose a new car. Peter was in constant contact with Andy, and they both helped me got through this unanticipated car purchase. I dealt with Jared Johnson on the lease side of things, who explained things completed. Everyone that I had contact with at Andrew Toyota was professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Andrew Toyota and will go there again when I need another vehicle. More

I knew I wanted the 3rd generation Prius and went to Andrew Toyota to see if I could drive one. They had not arrived yet. I began corresponding with Peter Klein by email. He let me know as soon as they had one and arranged for me to come in right away. I drove it and loved it and signed up for one in May, knowing there would be a wait. Peter was extremely good about explaining all the features of the car, answering all my questions, and keeping me up to date on when I might expect my car to arrive. The dealer also offered me the option of getting the car in a different color or without the option I wanted throughout my waiting period. I appreciated this customer service, but opted to wait until one of the three colors I would go with came in. Peter called me the moment it arrived and we set up a time for me to pick up my new Prius. I didn't just pick it up. Peter spent 2 hours with me explaining all the features and answering my questions. He has also emailed me to make sure things are going well. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Toyota. More

We had to make a second trip to Andrews this summer to buy a car as we had an accident that totaled the first one we bought (first accident in 41 years of driving). We had worked with Porter Bell for our first purchase of the summer and were impressed by his attentiveness and his exceptionally calm and pleasant demeanor. He worked very hard the during our first purchase to make the deal affordable for us as we are dealing with a layoff and a shrunken income. We were very happy with our purchase and thought that both Porter and the general manager, K.C. Han, had been very fair and interested in keeping our regular business. The second deal came on the heels of the Cash for Clunkers sale. We wanted to work with Porter again. We were looking for a good used car that met our criteria and because so much had been sold off the lot during the sale, it was not easy. We found a car that would have been acceptable and, again, Porter did his best to make the car more appealing to us by assuring us that some cosmetic adjustments would easily be made. Meanwhile, John Moore, the sales manager was looking for a Yaris for us because that is what we had lost in the accident and what we really wanted. Again, Porter was attentive and called us with frequent updates on procuring the Yaris. Amazingly, they were able to pull one in from out of state for us at excellent financing! We really can't say enough good about Andrews. We have used them for servicing all of our cars. The service department is great. We feel that the entire dealership really cares about their customers and they do everything possible to make them happy and feel that their business is valued. More
