Jacqueline McCrae was my sales person, and it was clear from the beginning that she had my interests in mind. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and she spent a great deal of time with me trying to understand what my needs were versus what was in the sale for her. I will recommend her highly to my friends and acquaintances, because I want to see her succeed...she's very good at what she does. I also worked with Jerod Johnson in financing who also couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I had a lot of questions regarding the lease agreement, extended warranty, etc. and he was very patient while explaining things sometimes more than once. Michael Opperman was the manager on hand when I was negotiating the lease with Jacquleine and, he too, took time with me and was very understanding when I made it clear that there were budgetary limits I was working within. He worked hard to get me into a car that worked for me and that I comfortably afford. Lastly, when I received the car in the service bay I was greeted warmly, as usual, by Dan who took a moment to look over the car with me and join me in the experience of driving off the lot with my new car. I freely admit that I'm the person who hates to shop, as well as negotiate prices, for cars, but my experience at Andrew made the process as painless as I can imagine it being...good job, folks! James was professional and helpful in helping me select the Corolla that would be in my price range. He made me comfortable the entire process. (I will not be in the market for a new car for the next 5 years.) BUT he continues providing exceptional customer service by calling me every 5 months and making sure I still love my car. Peter Klein worked with us on the second deal and did a very nice job of laying out the options and countering our offer with a competitive price. We were considering Ford and Subaru and Peter beat their prices and was, quite frankly, the easiest of the three to work with. We worked with Mike Opperman for the first buy and also had a good experience. Both gentlemen are professionals who don't try to oversell. They are to the point and fair. There's no messing around with games or bait-and-switch tactics. They were straight forward. More

I purchased a Prius from Andrew 5 years ago, and had all my maintenance work done there. The Prius was kind of new then, and I didn't want some repair shop practicing on mine. Was always happy with the quality, timeliness and price of their work. Recently began shopping for a small SUV, and went to Wilde Toyota, Subaru City, and Andrew Toyota. Peter Klein at Andrew was by far the most personable and credible of the three salespersons with whom I dealt. Ended up buying my Rav4 from him, and am happy with the vehicle and the deal. He is Andrew's internet sales guy, so I think you will deal with him first if you get to Andrew through an internet site like cars.com... More
I have had so many bad experiences at new car dealerships I was expecting more of the same when my wife and I walked into Andrew Toyota in late May 2009. A bright and cheerful sales rep (Andrew Akhahon)greet I was expecting more of the same when my wife and I walked into Andrew Toyota in late May 2009. A bright and cheerful sales rep (Andrew Akhahon)greeted us at the door and from that moment on, it truly was a different buying experience. Andrew asked us a few questions and he quickly figured out that we knew what we wanted so he introduced us to John Moore the sales manager. John was very responsive and open about pricing. He explained everything and there was no "bait and switch" as I had experienced at other dealers. No hidden fees, no special paint sealer's and such. John gave us pricing, and he and Andrew found the color and trim we wanted and I drove out in a brand new Camry. Very simple and honest transaction. I did have a few minutes to walk around the dealership and experience the waiting room with complementary coffee and soda. The complementary shuttle service guy cycled in and out a few times asking if anyone needed a ride to work. Once in a while a repair technician would come into the waiting room and greet a customer, explain any problem or repairs. Overall it looked to me like Andrew has a great business model and a great team of employees. Oh, and did I mention, they wash your car for you each time you bring it in for an oil change or repair,...sweet! More
This was (by FAR) the best car buying experience I have ever had (this is my fourth time buying a car). Matt was a great person to work with in buying my Prius, he was very knowledgeable and when he didn't ever had (this is my fourth time buying a car). I honestly was only planning on looking at cars that day, but the service and the price made it happen. Working with Derrick Johnson on the financing was great as well, he was reasonable and able to help where I needed it.
