Wonderful service John was so helpful. He got courtesy service for Joan so she could get her car and had her car brought into the service area for her to pick up. The service center was accurate and told us in great detail what was wrong with our vehicle. The issue lies in the salesman that we dealt with unpin picking our vehicle up. We were in the market to buy a new to us vehicle, so we were trying to see our options. The salesman just did not want to hear or understand what we were looking for. He wanted to continue to show us what he wanted us to buy or pay for. He didn’t even introduce himself when we met. He honestly could’ve gotten a sale from us, due how desperate we actually were to find a vehicle. I do not like to be pressured into buying something I do not want, need, it’s suitable for my family, or the payment was too expensive. Shaun was just not having it. Scheduled an oil change a head of time and stated we would be waiting in lobby. My wife had our 2 kids under 3 years old with her. It took 3 hours and they tried scamming her with unnecessary services. would be waiting in lobby. My wife had our 2 kids under 3 years old with her. It took 3 hours and they tried scamming her with unnecessary services. They quoted our brake lights out, they were perfectly fine. They also quoted a blown strut, again perfectly fine. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and I don’t even trust they gave us fresh oil. More
