Steven Cicero, the service agent assisting me lied and told me there were no appointments available. He stated I would need to come back later in the week. I called the girl at the front desk and she sa told me there were no appointments available. He stated I would need to come back later in the week. I called the girl at the front desk and she said they had numerous openings for the afternoon and weren’t busy at all. Steve then proceeded to avoid me in the waiting room and called me to tell me my paperwork was dropped off at the cashier desk. Failed to give me a report on my service. Then went to hide in the back of the garage when I went to get my vehicle. Terrible experience. More
