When I had my Prius in for lube etc. service I found out it needed new rear shocks. That was scheduled for a month later; I was told, "about a three hour job." Brought the car back and it was ready in an hour 45 minutes because a tech had the foresight to spray the fittings with penetrating oil the month before. By the time my car was ready for the shock work the nuts etc. came off easily shortening the time to do the replacement. This dealership has been 100% in everything they have done for me and Willie Willett has been a 100% service manager every time. More
