I encountered a few problems with my truck 2 days before heading out of town and Cody scrambled to get me an appointment and get the parts onsite. My car's water pump broke right before I was leaving for 2 weeks in Italy. Zee kept me informed while I was gone, went over and above to accommodate my issues and found a way for me to pick up my car after 2 weeks in Italy.
