My vehicle keeps draining the battery, but Andrew's service tells me there's nothing wrong with the vehicle. I've been through 3 batteries in 18 months. Service is done in a timely manor and done right the first time. Willy listens to any complaints I have and relays them to technician working on my car. Concerning the 2020 Highlander recall: I took my car in and was told the front bumpers were damaged (hitting a pothole). I was told to have them replaced at my own cost before new hardware was added. The Totota recall notice clearly states that if the parts are damaged they would be replaced at no cost. Replacing them with parts that then have to be fixed makes no sense at all. The dealership said Toyota said no, but Toyota says the dealership said no. More
