In and out with no appointment that day. I was able to swing in and get oil changed and tires rotated with no issues. Used the shuttle service to get to work and left the car. Took way too long to change oil...2+ hours. Apparently, mechanic installed wrong oil filter and needed filter was not in stock...had to retrieve from different location. Great service, my issue is with the showroom and waiting room. It’s quite unpleasant showroom, looks like a co friction site and there’s no cool cars to even check out. Not very happy with my most recent service at this location. I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change. They told me the oil was leaking and charged me $90 for a dye and degrease just to tell me i location. I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change. Also got the car back with No car wash, fluids weren’t topped, and tires not filled up. I texted the service advisor my concerns and never heard back. More
