In the last few years I was very disappointed by the customer service and upset everytime I needed to utilize their services. In fact I swore to never use them again!! After working with the Service Manager, it "appears" employee training occurred...that or new employees were hired. In any event, I am now content to submit a survey and share positivity as I feel the services referred and performed were valid and necessary for my safety and benefit instead of mere solicitation and solely for the good of the dealership. Staff fixed my issues timely. Was a little confusion at check-out via paging announcement before all paperwork completed. I was told to bring my car in at 8 am and it would take 2 1/2 hours. On arrival was told they were busy and it might be ready at 4 pm.
