Willie is flat out on top of things! My wife and I each bought a 2015 Prius here on the same day. Had my Prius in for 80k service and software upgrade recall - DONE! Didn't expect to stay more than 1 1/2 bought a 2015 Prius here on the same day. Had my Prius in for 80k service and software upgrade recall - DONE! Didn't expect to stay more than 1 1/2 hours but Willie said there were two other things that should be done. OK, do it so I don't have to make a 120 mile round trip later on. I feel very confident in this dealership and will continue to have service done here. Next trip = my wife will be bringing in her Prius for 30k service and the software upgrade. More

Was charged for two services that I believed was supposed to be covered under my extended warranty. Service Advisor proceeded with the service before asking for my permission to fix the abnormal noises that to be covered under my extended warranty.
