Oil change review Usually the service is great but on this day I waited in the customer lounge for an hour and a half before I noticed that my truck was sitting outside Usually the service is great but on this day I waited in the customer lounge for an hour and a half before I noticed that my truck was sitting outside with 3 other finished vehicle’s behind it . No one notified me of my vehicle being done.. This was just a routine oil change and tire rotation..Also my tire pressure warning light remained lit after the servicing and nothing was mentioned about as to why. More

Service Center John is great & very helpful. My car was there for 3 weeks (which was not his fault) John did make an adjustment on price as the original needed parts John is great & very helpful. I was disappointed when I picked up my car after all that time to find out it hadn’t even been cleaned or washed. Seems like a simple thing. Also, missed opportunity for additional business for you - the sticker on my window shield clearly states when I’m due for an oil change. The car was pretty much due. Since it was there for so long it would’ve been great had someone noticed, called for my permission and done the oil change. Now I have to find another time to bring it back in for an oil change. More
