CONSISTENTLY frustrating Due SOLEY to their proximity to my office, I took my car to Andrew Toyota for service. The 'service' they claim to provide is non-existent. THis is Due SOLEY to their proximity to my office, I took my car to Andrew Toyota for service. The 'service' they claim to provide is non-existent. THis is not just on one occassion, sadlly this has happened on FOUR seperate occasions. They are less than truthful - this is on topics as inane as what time do you phones turn on to recommending service that is not at the urgent level they suggest. The Service advisors spoke to my adult daughter like she was 10 years old, they claim to be open until 8:00 until you arrive at 7:00 and they tell you they are closed and open to drop off ONLY - the list goes on and on.. They genuinely seem to WANT to provide good service - after four visists I have yet to experience it. More
