Andrew Toyota messed up my tires only took my car for regular maintenance got my car back it started driving rough. After driving my for a few days I thought to check the tire pressure and it was 49psi i regular maintenance got my car back it started driving rough. After driving my for a few days I thought to check the tire pressure and it was 49psi in each tire by this time I had already driven my car to O’Hara airport my rear tires have expanded causing lumps in the tires. When I took the vehicle back to Andrew I was told that I need a rear alignment and that’s what caused the lumps in the tires but I took my car to a different dealer and an alignment is not needed. Professional and the work they perform seems good. An opportunity for improvement is to follow through. During the inspection they noticed a license plate light bulb out and did not communicate unti An opportunity for improvement is to follow through. If they had notified me while my car was being serviced I would have 100% authorized the repair. Not a big deal but just was an inconvenience for me to locate the correct bulb and change it myself. Little things like this go a long way and I would think they would want the extra work. More
