Took my car in for new tires, received my car back with significant damage done to my rims, Alan talked to me like i was a child and was very condescending and seemed to not care about the damage done to m significant damage done to my rims, Alan talked to me like i was a child and was very condescending and seemed to not care about the damage done to my car while in their care. Went above him and talked to the GM Kevin who was amazing, understanding and very helpful. Returned my car the following week to have the damages repaired only to pick up my car 2 days later with damage still on my car. After the experience i had dealing with the service manager, Alan i decided i was sick of how i was being treated and left without saying anything. After purchasing my car from this dealership and being incredibly loyal for the last 2years i will be finding somewhere else to take my car for services as i no longer trust my vehicle in the hands of this service department.Very disappointed! More
