Once they get your money the don't care about you Everything seemed like it was going good. He did not even want to see It! CARLOS SAID we dented it on the drive home. Then we found out that finance manager had denied there is a lemon law in nevada.WRONG! there is absolutely a lemon law in Nevada! Rude once they get your money they don't care about you or as a future customer. We were going to buy a Rouge but changed our mind after our experience. Nissan North America is great! We contacted them and they are refunding our cost of repair $155. We went to Dent Dr. And they fixed it great customer service from both Dent Dr. and Nissan North America and Costco auto program. CARLOS would not return phone calls to Nissan North America, Costco and to this date NO ONE from Nissan of Reno has reached out to us to apologize as they said they would to both Nissan North America and Costco. Don't buy there! More

I forgot the name of the guy who help me ser my bloothooth set (skinny Caucasian whith sunglasses in the front) he was very nice too. Terrible Terrible Terrible I never had problems with my.car until I brought it to this dealership. I’m a college student so I brought it to this dealership thinking they would d I never had problems with my.car until I brought it to this dealership. I’m a college student so I brought it to this dealership thinking they would do a good job on my car. I live in Lake Tahoe and that’s a little over an hour that I would drive plus gas. I used to take it back home and took it to the Petaluma dealership never had any problems until I brought it here. I took my car in for an oil change I don’t know if they didn’t put the plug back in correctly but my car was completely just leaking out I didn’t know until my car started marking it. My car had absolutely no oil in it and my engine could of blown out. so I have to pay for a tow plus a mechanic out of my own pocket just because of an oil change. Also, every time I took it in for service they never washed my car or vacuumed it. Actually they would vaccine but only the driver seat and leave the rest a mess. Are you kidding me??? Now my car won’t turn on I don’t know if it’s my battery or my break it’s a push start but they should of checked my car properly and see what was wrong w it. More money out of my pocket. I am very very disappointed with this dealership very unprofessional. I will never take my car back to this dealership I’ll rather drive to Petaluma then take it back here. By the way if I could pick 0 stars I would but it wouldn’t allow me too. More
