I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and the technicians identified a more serious problem, which they corrected and were also able to identify 2 additional problems. They provided potential outcomes, alternatives, and price estimates. These technicians have always been accurate and honest in their recommendations, and have kept my car going for 10 years. Many thanks and best wishes to John Smith, who has cared for my car and will be retiring this week. We will miss him. Due to the extent of the needed repairs, I will be back at Uptown to purchase a new car, as I have done several times since this dealership located in Slinger. More

The check engine light came on. It was my Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid 2023. An appointment was made for the very next day and the problem was diagnosed and a repair service w It was my Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid 2023. An appointment was made for the very next day and the problem was diagnosed and a repair service was done on that same day. And it was still under warranty with no cost to me. And, the service department pulled the car into the building when I picked it up so that in the zero degree weather, I got into a nice warm car. That was a very nice touch. More
