The dealer was farther away from me than a few other dealers, but it had the Jeep that I wanted. The sales experience was good and I felt that I received a fair deal. Recently moved to the Sussex and soon to be be Richfield area, and utilized Uptown CDJR for a unscheduled oil change. Service was outstanding and prompt! Previous experience with two other CDJR dealerships area, and utilized Uptown CDJR for a unscheduled oil change. Service was outstanding and prompt! Previous experience with two other CDJR dealerships was okay. What was very satisfying with this visit, was coming home and not having to clean the underside of my Ram with dripping oil, or having oil grime on my interior. Kudos to young gentlemen who performed the extra details to earn future customer service! Wish I knew who the mechanic was this particular time, I'd buy him lunch. More
