Arrived to use my final Oil Change coupon received when I purchased my vehicle. Joe Krawczyk guided me into the bay and asked me all the questions needed to get his paperwork filled out. He tracked me down to let me know the air filter was very dirty and due to be changed out and asked if I wanted to have them go ahead and do that, which I agreed would be a good to have it done. Joe also sent me a text to let me know when the oil change was finished, and my car was ready. Joe did great as a service rep with information and his customer service skills. From arrival to finish I was there about 30 minutes total. More
