Outstanding service! I purchased my Jeep Cherokee in 2016. My sales person went out of his way to make sure I got the features I wanted in a red Jeep. (Love red, and no I purchased my Jeep Cherokee in 2016. My sales person went out of his way to make sure I got the features I wanted in a red Jeep. (Love red, and no other color would do!) Finding a red vehicle with my wish list at the end of the calendar year 2016 was no easy task, but he managed to do it after much research. Two years later, I remain impressed with this dealership. The service department is stellar, making sure all my needs are met while waiting for an oil change to be completed, and even following up with a text the next day to make sure all is well. Kudos to Uptown for their fabulous customer service in all departments!!! More

Oil change with chipped windshield I had asked for an oil change and also to have someone look at my chipped windshield. The oil change was done and my car put outside and was told I wa I had asked for an oil change and also to have someone look at my chipped windshield. The oil change was done and my car put outside and was told I was all set. I went over to the first guy that asked me what they could do for me and asked "what about the windshield ? " I think he forgot because they were very busy for a while. He then took a picture of the glass and said he would contact a third party who does the glass for them . I have not heard anything as of yet. I would like to get it repaired before the cold weather sets in and it cracks even more. Thank you. More
