As promised Needed an oil change stopped in and was told needed some software updates. I was told it would take an hour and I had the time so I ok'd it. Service with a smile I went in to have my oil changed and to see what packages were available. I purchased the four oil change package because of the price which I thought I went in to have my oil changed and to see what packages were available. I purchased the four oil change package because of the price which I thought was fair. I was introduced to Brian Schultz by Dan Feller. Brian was friendly and explained the package to me. Warrantee work and scheduled maintenance I came in to have an oil change done. Service dept went over packages available. I normally do my own oil changes, but for the cost I ended up purch I came in to have an oil change done. Service dept went over packages available. I normally do my own oil changes, but for the cost I ended up purchasing a package. They did a good job. No oil dripping on my garage floor when I got home : ) The dash also indicated my rear passenger brake light was out. It wasn't, but the brake light at the top of the cab was. Service thought it might be a wiring issue. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and dropped the truck off at 8am. It ended up just being a burnt out bulb so it was an easy fix. I don't know if there was any wiring issue. They also did a software upgrade that was available. Overall, I'm pleased with the experience. More
