We had an incredible experience with Matt Orr at Bob Utter Kia. I called from out of state to see if they had what I wanted in stock and he was so kind and answered all my questions over the phone. Then when we drove 3 hours to the dealership everything was ready for us. Matt was so friendly and helpful. It felt like you were buying a car from an old friend rather than a pushy salesperson. He was so patient with us while my husband and I juggled our small kids, we never felt rushed or pressured about anything. One thing I truly appreciated about Matt, is that he included me (a woman) in all the decision making. Other dealerships would kind of treat me as an afterthought, and only really talk to my husband and would direct everything to him (even though it was my car I was purchasing). Matt made our buying experience a breeze. Everyone at Bob Utter was so friendly! We chatted with everyone like we were friends while we waited on different things. They were so sweet to our kids. It was just such a comfortable environment. I can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you!! More
