Working with the service manager David Pryor is awesome. Ordered a 2023 Super Duty. Although it took Ford a while to build the truck due to supply chain issues, the ordering and purchase experience with Bob Utter Ford was very quick Although it took Ford a while to build the truck due to supply chain issues, the ordering and purchase experience with Bob Utter Ford was very quick and easy. Had to negotiate a bit with my trade in, but ultimately feel like I got a fair price for it. I would recommend Bob Utter Ford to anyone shopping for a new Ford or Lincoln in the Sherman, TX area.
