My mom reached out on a Saturday to try to purchase a 2022 Escape. They were 2 available for the same price, but a couple hours later she received an email they both had pending deals. She asked if a deal fell through or if another becomes available to please let her know. We checked the website Sunday just in case and prices had been updated on a few more. Since she was not contacted Saturday with the new prices, she reached out first thing Monday morning. Was told the one she wanted was available but would not be available to purchase until Tuesday. She scheduled a time Tuesday, but then was told the car that was not available ended getting a deal worked and was no longer available. Very poor customer service. More
