However, Mr. Victor/ the Service Center changed my opinion about my experience My initial experience with the Accounts Depart would be rated as a D-. However, Mr. Victor/ the Service Center changed my opinion about my experience with VP AUTO. Mr. Victor made every effort to keep me informed about my vehicle. Mr. Victor explained the inial problem and made sure I understood. He called to give me an update on the progress of the work that was needed. Mr. Victor made available a Loaner Car for me as I had already missed work. When I went to pick up my vehicle I almost did not recognize my car it was cleaned, Mr. Victor and his Team made sure my car was washed. I was totally surprised and very appreciative of the kindness and professionalism Mr. Victor and his Team showed. What started out as a horrible experience at VP Auto ended on a very good Note. Mr. Victor really should be acknowledged for going beyond the call of duty and making sure as a customer I was truly SATISFIED. I am very happy with my purchase and I have had no issues with my truck. Just recently I had lost my job which supported my two daughters (one in college and one in high school) and our only means of transportation, my truck.
