I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Valenti Audi and specifically my salesman Matt DeGruttola and Business Manager Steve Pinkerton. Back in June I purchased my dream car, an Audi Q7, b Valenti Audi and specifically my salesman Matt DeGruttola and Business Manager Steve Pinkerton. Back in June I purchased my dream car, an Audi Q7, but sadly it was totaled just 3 weeks later by another driver. I was devastated and heartbroken because I loved that car.I called Matt to let him know what happened and to see if he could find an exact replacement. He went completely over and above for the second time trying to locate a car just like my first one. He tracked one down in California. It was shipped here for me to see. The car exceeded my expectations. To make an amazing "second time around" experience even better, Business Manager Steve Pinkerton was able to make the numbers work to a point so I could comfortably afford this new car. Working with Matt and Steve for the second time was just as good if not better than the first time around. They turned a very stressful situation for me into a wonderfully smooth experience. I made an appointment to have my Audi diagnosed because the check engine light was on. Audi of Watertown was trying to tell me I needed repairs that were not needed.
