I thought overall, this was a great experience. There were some areas that need to or could be improved. - I was never once told that this was previously a loaner vehicle. I didn't learn until day of pickup (I live in Arlington, WA) that this vehicle had 3600 miles on it. Being a 2026, I assumed it was at like 15 miles or less, so didn't even look at that detail. - Website that showcased the photos. I don't have access any longer, but almost 100% positive, the listing showed a sunroof in one of the pictures. This vehicle does not have that. I could be wrong, but I looked at that link quite a few times along with the pics and recall seeing that. So if you guys are using same pictures of other vehicles, be mindful of what is in all the pictures. I could be wrong, but was pretty sure I recall this. - The trade in value from MULTIPLE sources/sites, was closer to $50k trade in. I received well under that. I felt I was taken advantage of a little bit on that. I accepted it, but do feel it wasn't as high as it should have been. Other than these items, it was a great experience. Tristan and all were helpful, not annoying (lot of dealerships have over pushy and annoying employees), did good with quick communication/response, etc. Not a perfect score, but a good score. More

Tristen was the best salesperson I have ever worked with when buying a vehicle. I have bought many.m We considered a truck last year for my wife but it ended up not being a good fit for her as a daily drive when buying a vehicle. I have bought many.m We considered a truck last year for my wife but it ended up not being a good fit for her as a daily driver. Now it was my turn to look at a new vehicle. We returned to Valley to work with Tristen specifically. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to bring each truck around so we could see and compare them. In the end he helped steer us toward an AT4 for the more plush interior and adjustable passenger seat. The "extended test drive" made me feel good about owning the Sierra, which was a big step up in size compared to previous vehicles I've owned. The only thing I would change in the whole transaction was that in the finance process, the gentleman made me feel like I shouldn't trust the quality of the truck, when trying to sell us a warranty. Had we not worked with Tristen and also had a few friends swear by their GMCs, I likely would have left the transaction right there. Warranty sales is a delicate thing but you need to retain trust in the quality of your purchase. I didn't rate the other sales team as I didn't really work with them directly. Overall a job well done by Valley and any kudos to pass along to Tristen, would be nice. You are lucky to have him! More
