Jazmin Sifuentes worked with me over a period of a few days setting up an appointment.. When I checked in on the day of the appointment, she recognized me and was ready to sign me in. She kept me in the l days setting up an appointment.. When I checked in on the day of the appointment, she recognized me and was ready to sign me in. She kept me in the loop while I waited for the completion of the services being done on my Buick. The one step in the service that I had concerns about was the intermittent failure of the shift nobb not going into the parking mode. Either Jazmin Sifuentes or the mechanic did some research and found that it was a known problem and what was required to correct the problem. That was good news,, but even better news was that Jazmin had contacted my extended warranty provider and found the repair of the shift nobb was covered under that policy, Jazmin Sifuentes did, in my opinion, an outstanding job!!! We are now waiting for the part(s) to arrive so that I can bring my Buick back to complete the repair. More

Great staff Took the 18 Canyon in for its first oil change that was purchased at another GM dealership. They could not get us in for a week. Drove right in on a Saturday morning and the team that serviced my car was truly working as a team and very professional. I was so impressed that I purchased a set of mud flaps from the parts department. The two gentlemen in the parts dept. also were top notch. Its a bit of a drive but I feel it was well worth the trip. They might have just stolen future sales away from that other GM dealership because of the service after the sale. More
