2 months ago we bought a 2021 Kia k5 from Valley Hi Nissan. 2 months to the day that we purchased it the turbo went out. We purchased a $2000 turbo from Valley Hi Kia and the turbo was no good. They re Nissan. 2 months to the day that we purchased it the turbo went out. We purchased a $2000 turbo from Valley Hi Kia and the turbo was no good. They refused to warranty it. When our mechanic called the general manager at Valley Hi Kia, the manager gets on the phone and says “there’s nothing I can do for her so I don’t need to talk to you” and then hangs up! Most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. They don’t stand by their parts or warranties and are rude. When we went to get personal stuff out of the car, they had the oily engine parts sitting inside the car! Absolutely ridiculous! Stay away! However, I will add that Valley Hi Nissan made it right, cancelled the contract, took back the car, gave us our 2 payments back and let us transfer our down to another car. However we are still out the $2000 for the turbo that they gave us that was no good and the money we paid our mechanic to put it in. Great job Valley Hi Nissan! Valley Hi Kia needs to do better! Maybe give us our money back for your broken turbo! More
