Terrible customer service. My wife had a scheduled appointment at 8:30am for a possible engine fire recall and when she arrived, the girl working the desk, Christene or Christina, told her their syste appointment at 8:30am for a possible engine fire recall and when she arrived, the girl working the desk, Christene or Christina, told her their system was down and had been down for a couple days and could not help her. Then Stewart called her back and gave her excessively rude attitude, basically calling her a liar and saying her appt was at 10am. If your system had been down for days, wouldn't you let your scheduled appts know that your system is down, prior to my wife showing up on time for her appt? Not a care at all for the inconvenience this dealership caused my wife and extremely rude customer service is not a place I will do business with ever again. I work at a local auto parts store and do a heavy amount of machine shop work and parts deliveries for this dealership and I dont appreciate the raw service my wife and I received today. More
