Purchased a KIA Sorento Greeted promptly by friendly Terrance, he showed me the model I wanted and he explained the car details to me. Purchase was easy, but I didn't haggle the price of the vehicle, although if I took the incentive discount, I would be charged a higher interest rate so I did feel a bit forced not to take the discount. (every car dealership is in business to make money.) A mistaken extra charge was caught by me and corrected, and then some, without argument by the friendly manager, Shawn, who also gave me 4 free oil changes in addition to the one I get for the purchase as well as a free fuel fill up. I gave quality of work 5 stars since they corrected the error on the contract. I gave the price 4 stars since I felt the $495 car alarm activation should have been a freebe since I paid full price for a 2016 when 2017 cars are on the lot. Very friendly service, I would shop there again. More
