Saw an add from an Ohio dealership on e-bay for a great price for this vehicle, I was looking for a good deal on a new 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab. Saw an add from an Ohio dealership on e-bay for a great price for this vehicle, not too far from home - 2 hours away. Called the dealership and spoke to Ron Hall, an excellent and forthright salesman. I told him that I was inquiring about the ad on eBay. He took the VIN and pulled up al the information and answered all my questions. We then covered my trade and agreed on a value. We agreed that all things being equal I would drive out and do this deal. I drove from Pittsburgh PA, with my trade, to Cuyahoga Falls OH, about two hours away. I liked the truck and they liked my trade and the entire deal went through exactly as agreed upon and there were no surprises. The finance manager, Cole Morgan, was very thorough and explained all the forms that we were executing. No pressure to buy warranties or rust proofing, although add on products were brought up. Both people I interacted with at this dealership were professional in every way and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle here and would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member! More
