Let me start by saying...After Two very long days of visiting dealerships & multiple phone conversations. I landed at the doorsteps of Falls Motor City to visit Franco whom I've spoken with briefly over visiting dealerships & multiple phone conversations. He listened to exactly what I was looking for & found me the perfect vehicle that met if not all most of my criteria. I did end up purchasing a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that day from Franco. My experience was very pleasant & stress free. I suppose it helped that I did my homework & knew exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend to anyone that asks to consider Falls Motor City. One of my biggest gripes about dealerships in general is that once they get you in the door, you're basically stuck there for several hours. Not the case at Falls Motor City. I was in & out in less than an hour driving away with my new vehicle. Thank you Franco for making my overall experience pleasurable. We are very happy with the jeep and my husband is enjoying it very much. Franco made us arrangement to finance the vehicle. Cole handled the financing part for us and did a great job. He was professional and explained everything we needed to know completely. Both Franco and Cole did an excellent job. The jeep was ready for us to pick up that day, so I need to thank the shop employees for the fast service. I would recommend Falls Motors and Franco to everyone. This is my second purchase at Falls Motor City Jeep. I have never had better service from anyone than I have had this time with Franco and Cole. I brought my new vehicle which I purchased at this dealer in four times for the same problem. The steering wheel was off center from the day I purchased it. When they it was "fixed" it was off center the ot in four times for the same problem. The steering wheel was off center from the day I purchased it. When they it was "fixed" it was off center the other way. Brought it back for a tire rotation and had severe vibration. The "fix" for this was to rotate tire back and drive for a couple thousand miles. This caused my tires to wear unevenly. Meanwhile the steering wheel is still not straight. Brought back again to have tires rotated because of uneven wear and have wheel centered. They blamed the alignment which took 4.5 hours to fix. Notably the car went straight down the road before I brought it in. After the alignment job, the tires had not been rotated. I waited another hour while this was done. After driving, the only reason the wheel was centered was because the car pulled so badly to the right. Also since the tires had been rotated back the way they should have been in the first place, the vibration returned. After speaking with the service manager I brought the car back again. It took 3 calls to even speak with him and he didn't bother to speak with me personally when I brought it in. The vibration was blamed on the tires which Goodyear reported was not a defect. The dealer kindly offered to sell me another set of tires. After waiting 5 days without a vehicle to have new tires put on, I was finally called to pick up the car. I showed up the next day to pick it up and it was still on the rack because the alignment had not been fixed. I waited another 3 hours at the dealer only to find that the tires were mounted with lettering facing the opposite side of the way I had asked and the steering wheel was still off center, not to mention the discount price and free labor had been conveniently omitted from my bill. The staff seemed to ignore my complaint each time-- fixing alignment that wasn't off until it was maligned, not rotating tires when asked too, and mounting expensive new tires the wrong way. And after hours of waiting, nearly $1000 of new tires, and lots of frustration my steering wheel is still off center-- just the way I bought it new for 40+K. More
