The devils in the details Pretty good experience overall other than having to drive to JC twice because they weren't prepared, they gave the new vehicle to us completely empty, Pretty good experience overall other than having to drive to JC twice because they weren't prepared, they gave the new vehicle to us completely empty, and they didn't fix the door lock button even after I pointed out that it was coming off. Also, the vehicle we got was pre-owned and only had one set of keys- they should have created a second set. Last, there is no indicator of when the vehicle was serviced last. More
