Life experience changed by amazing people! I live in Manhattan and had the devastation of losing everything to include my Ford F-150 to the flood on Monday 9/3. I went to Dick Edwards on Wednesday and initially started working with Eric who asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and he then showed me the beautiful 2016 75th anniversary edition jeep grand Cherokee, i test drove it and immediately fell in love. We started the paperwork and was approved for the loan on Thursday but needed to wait on my insurance company to send me the total loss letter which I received on Friday. The professionalism and friendliness of everyone at Dick Edwards Auto Plaza is nothing short of amazing. They made sure I was entirely happy with my purchase from beginning to end. He then moved to Dick Edwards in Junction city, After driving about 6 different trucks over a few months he was able to find a truck k with everything that I wanted at the price I wanted, he called me up and asked if I would like to look at it. 1 hour later I was driving home in my new 2018 Ram bighorn.
