Dick Edwards Auto Plaza not only still believes in customer care but in my situation, they went above and beyond what I ever could have imagined. After taking my vehicle to Flint Hills Auto and getting the run around, I drove 25 minutes from Manhattan to Dick Edwards Auto Plaza in Junction City. When I got there I was relieved to see a member of the service team who I knew from the Old store in Manhattan. This individual took the time to look into my issue and discovered the problem with my vehicle would have been covered under warranty and could have been taken care of by Flint Hills Auto, if only they too would have taken the time to take care of a customer. Even though the warranty had run out about a month earlier, Dick Edwards Auto Plaza honored the warranty and fixed my vehicle free of charge. Amazing customer care and service!
