Amazing Service! I mostly worked with Jenny, but Adam was the one who first started me on the track of getting in touch with her. Sometimes when you go to a dealershi I mostly worked with Jenny, but Adam was the one who first started me on the track of getting in touch with her. Sometimes when you go to a dealership it can be a little intense and stressful, but Jenny made me feel relaxed and as if I knew what I was doing, which I didn't. We were immediately approached by Marcus, who took no time in showing us vehicles we might like. We were looking for an SUV, with good gas mileage, low miles, AWD, within our price range. After driving 3 vehicles, we were still a little unsure and not feeling completely confident making a choice. That's when Marcus and associates dug deeper into their inventory and found us the perfect vehicle. We walked away with a Chevrolet Equinox that is perfect for our family. The only thing we thought may have turned out bad was the fact that it had been snowing , so there was quite a bit of salt dust on the vehicle. Once they detailed it for us to take home, we then noticed a dent on the front bumper, over the wheel. We brought it to their attention, and we had the dent removed within the 2 days, at no extra charge. The associated at Dick Edwards really go out of their way to make sure you buy a quality product. This is overall a great dealership! They will take into account your specific needs, will do everything they can to get you in the perfect vehicle! Definitely highly recommend! More

Jenny Teneyck helped us immediately as we got to the dealership. She's very helpful and friendly, not pushy at all which I can not stand from other dealerships. We didn't find any cars that fit our wants and needs that day, but on Monday Jenny called us and said she found the perfect car for us. They also helped us with financing since I was upside down on my previous vehicle because of a bad experience with another dealership. We are now the proud owners of a new Ford Edge! She is definitely great at her job and I commend her for going the extra mile and looking at other places for us the perfect car.
