The finance department did great getting us the best deal on our trade in and APR, and Allen did great finding us the right vehicle for us to take home. I am transitioning out of the military so they took all our concerns into consideration and helped us out. More

Finally Got a Truck! I went in looking to trade my car in for a used truck. Maria was very helpful and worked really hard to get me into a truck, I was about $4,000 upside I went in looking to trade my car in for a used truck. Maria was very helpful and worked really hard to get me into a truck, I was about $4,000 upside down with my car and she was having trouble finding a bank that would lend the money to me because the biggest loan I have every had was about $14,000 however she did manage to find one and a truck for me that just happen to be a brand new 2016 Ford F-150. The biggest purchase of my life! I am very happy with the truck! The only thing I was not very happy with was about a week after my purchase I found out I could have gotten about $4,000 off my new truck for my employer discount. I call them up and asked about that and they were not able to help. Very frustrating!!! What I was told that the deal was already done and that would be like if they came to my store with a coupon for the milk they just bought and wanted refunded the difference I would not do it, well that is inaccurate! I would defiantly take care of my customer ESPECIALLY IF IT WAS A $45,000 PURCHASE! If you truly care about your customers you will do whatever you can to make it right! I do it daily! I care about saving my customers money so should you. So if your going to buy a vehicle make sure you ask your employer about any discounts you may qualify for otherwise you will NOT receive them! More
