Called to make a NYS Inspection for my cash-purchased, brand-new, 2022 Subaru Fore THEN THE UGLY TRUTH about this dealership reared its' ugly head! Called to make a NYS Inspection for my cash-purchased, brand-new, 2022 Subaru Forester with only 6,900 current mileage. First off, no express service, even though they advertise it. RUDE AND UNCARING scheduler. NO OFFER OF A LOANER, EVEN THOUGH THEY PROMISE ONE AT VEHICLE PURCHASE. Two weeks minimum to get vehicle in to their service department, and only if I drop it off early in morning and pick it up in late evening... for a simple NYS Inspection on a new vehicle! One full month wait for service in which I could wait in waiting-room while service performed. Seriously? I (finally) spoke with Kitty VanBortel after numerous attempts by me to speak with a REAL PERSON about this ridiculous situation. (The dealership loves to send you to voice-mails, even after asking to speak with a real person). KITTY VAN BORTEL was more concerned about a negative review from me than she was about actually helping ! I ended up taking my new Subaru down the road to another dealership and getting it inspected. It took 45 minutes total for a walk-in without an appointment. Now THAT is service! More
