Once they make a deal you won’t hear back I purchased a car from a here 6 weeks ago . Test drove the car and was good. We made a deal on the car. I signed my paper work and was told to pick up I purchased a car from a here 6 weeks ago . Test drove the car and was good. We made a deal on the car. I signed my paper work and was told to pick up the car along with my paper work the next day since it needed to be detailed and finished off through the shop. I went the next day picked up the car , delivery time took a while before receiving my paper plate to leave. We had communicated few hours and set a time I was going to pick up . I didn’t get my paper work and service contract I purchased. I was told by sale person that he would mail me all that . It has been 6 weeks and I have not received anything . The deal also had a hat included that would come with the purchase that was also suppose to be mailed . Neither have I seen that . Emailed the dealer ship to see , and texted the sales guy and haven’t heard back from either . More
