Van Chevrolet When Van Chevrolet sold me the vehicle I paid to have a larger wheels and tires replace the 17 inch ones that were on the vehicle. The wheels were to When Van Chevrolet sold me the vehicle I paid to have a larger wheels and tires replace the 17 inch ones that were on the vehicle. The wheels were to be 18 inch GMC wheels, and the tires were to be Michlien with mileage comparable to that on the vehicle ( 13832 miles) They, manager #2138, and sales personal Colby and Carter signed a document titled WE OWE EQUIPMENT TO BE ADDED. This document was executed on 10-2017. Since that date I have emailed management, snail mailed management. with copies of the agreement, in attempts to get them to correct non-performance to a signed document.. I was also charged $780.00 for the change in wheels and Michlien tire replacement. In addition to the above issues I was promised an owners manual. This also was never delivered upon. I had to purchase the manual from the publishing firm in Michigan. Van Chevrolet is a dealer ship of false promises. This dealer is conducting sales of vehicles under signed terms and conditions that they are not fulfilling. They are committing fraud. The dealership should be shut down. The state of Arizona should withdraw their license to conduct business. The city of Scottsdale should revoke their rights to sell new and used vehicles. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH VAN CHEVROLET, NOR WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Bob Cermak More
