Terrible experience at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale & may never return. Took my 2019 Suburban in for routine service, oil change & tire rotation on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning I returned to pick the never return. Took my 2019 Suburban in for routine service, oil change & tire rotation on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning I returned to pick the vehicle up & didn’t get but 200 yards out of the parking lot & had to pull over. Rear wheel was ready to fall off, missing 2 lug nuts & remaining lug nuts were ready to fall off. Service inspected everything & determined wheel was now damaged & needed to be replaced. Waited 4 days for replacement wheel, N/C to me, but I was forced to rent a car & service wouldn’t reimburse me for the rental. This was all caused by negligence on their part, Not anything I did. Totally unacceptable & irresponsible. Had I been traveling on the highway & this happened the potential damage would’ve been much greater & IF there were injuries??!! Reimbursement for my rental would be minimal compared to what the alternative costs could have been. No wonder why service only has this rating. More
