Sold me a car they told me was pristine condition in a video. When we arrived at the dealership, the so called pristine condition car had a significant dent on the engine hood compartment area. They had n video. When we arrived at the dealership, the so called pristine condition car had a significant dent on the engine hood compartment area. They had no answer when i asked them about it. Car also had only one key fob; not two! Was never told that either. With the online photos and emails none of those items were ever mentioned. Dealership was over two hours away. Very disappointing the way they handled the situation. We did purchase the vehicle and will now have to have the so called pristine condition vehicle repaired!!! Poor way to run a business, especially in the Scottsdale area. More
