I was very happy and rated @ 99% . few days later I was caught off guard I got a call from guy named JALEN ,I think a sales manager. Saying WHY DID YOU GIVE ME A BAD SURVEY YOU COST ME few days later I was caught off guard I got a call from guy named JALEN ,I think a sales manager. Saying WHY DID YOU GIVE ME A BAD SURVEY YOU COST ME $2500! wow I was lost for words for a moment and had to try and explain that I was happy with Franco, Ahmad etc.tried hard to remember exactly how I wrote my survey and wondering why he thinks I rated them poorly when I didn't? THIS CALL FROM JADEN AND THE WAY HE PRETTY MUCH YELLED AT ME AND SAID I COST HIM TO LOSE $2500 ruined my feelings about this dealership. He solely ruined it for the rest of the team I worked with when buying my pickup there ! More

Have bought several trucks from Mike and Tom and have to say those guys have always been great to deal with. Had an issue with a new 2025 Yukon and they were both more than helpful with getting it resolved say those guys have always been great to deal with.
