I had a hard to locate electrical issue on my 2022 Yukon. Matthew the service advisor and Adam the service manager went to great legnths to attempt to locate the issue. Worst buying experience I’ve had with a new vehicle. I chose the 3 year 0% option on a new truck and could see obviously the didn’t like that. Sales manager (Scott Daly) even saying “you don’t mind the big boy payments I see, you own a business?” What a joke. No way to talk to a customer. I contacted them about the truck I saw online. They did nothing for the sale. Salesman didn’t have any time for me it seemed. I’ll never go back. A week after buying it I had some problems, then I dealt with Rhett Ballard. He by far was the best person I worked with there. More
