This was the most non stressful vehicle purchase and delivery I have ever had. The whole process was very good. I made my purchase 100% online and was able to review and sign all my documents online whi delivery I have ever had. The whole process was very good. If only there was a way to give 0 stars. That's exactly what they earned! Purchased a used car. Promised it would be clean when we came to pick it up - it was not. Then, the vehicle broke do That's exactly what they earned! Purchased a used car. Promised it would be clean when we came to pick it up - it was not. Then, the vehicle broke down after driving it 180 miles en route home. We opted to fix it where it was broken down, we have message proof from our salesman the repairs would be reimbursed. Sent the receipts - heard nothing. Sent messages - heard nothing. Called and emailed - heard nothing. This has been going on since December. I have reviews in other websites, they replied and gave an email for customer relations. IT WAS A BAD EMAIL - I LOOKED AT OTHER REVIEW RESPONSES AND THEY SHARED THAT SAME BAD EMAIL ADDRESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I do plan on taking this to the next step to resolve the matter and get reimbursed. Im so happy I did not have them do the repair - THIS BUSINESS IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY! More
