Originally I wanted a 2019 altma platinum. But couldn't get financing but found a similar car. I get a better deal with the non platinum because alot more warranties on it. Andy was extremely supportive and patient while working with us to test drive several models of Tiguans durning a very busy day at the dealership. He was again extremely professional and patient while working with us over the next couple days to arrive at a deal which was comfortable with us. Andy again showed his character when I oversaw him cleaning fingerprints from the exterior paint after we inspected the car prior to delivery. Andy truly was a pleasure to work with and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Glad we met him. The purchase experience at Van Horn was friendly and comfortable.
