Dealership couldn’t get the parts needed. I had to go find them myself. $1500 for the part, $3000 labor and it didn’t fix the problem. I am writing this review because of comparing to other dealers , i've been in Russell Westbrook For service my car three times ,and we moved from Van Nuys and i decides to Take my car closer dealer and I dealers , i've been in Russell Westbrook For service my car three times ,and we moved from Van Nuys and i decides to Take my car closer dealer and I got a bad experience I'm not gonna tell the name of the dealership but the guys are very rude and even they didn't fix my car for two weeks and the answer is we don't have a parts,(I understand in These days it's difficult for auto parts )They just tell me if you're going to call you when we're gonna have a part now it's already a month , I still waiting for the call, even the diagnose for my car they give not right ( they don't call me Or inform me Nothing ,I just go there every time to see what's going on ,and I took it back to Russell Westbrook and they fix it in 3 days,, wanna special thanks to Armen Babudzhyan More
