WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought this car from this dealer, and took in for service. The appointment took me over a month to get. On the way to the dealer the car broke down on the freeway. I was on my way to the dealer for another non mechanical issue, so just had it towed. Turns out the alternator went out. I suppose I would not be so upset if I had been kept in the loop of what was going on with my Jeep. I left voicemails to a few people. As I type this NOBODY has returned a call. I will never take my car here for service again... EVER! More
