Good level of customer service, poor resolution of issues The service rep Alex was helpful throughout the process. My car was in for 40,000mile service. There were some electronic issues mentioned and the car The service rep Alex was helpful throughout the process. My car was in for 40,000mile service. There were some electronic issues mentioned and the car was in the garage for over a week. Alex helped to provide a rental car and took careful note of the issues. He kept me updated throughout and provided great customer service. However, I was charged for a new brake switch which was supposed to address the issue of ABS/brake warning lights coming on and speedometer dropping while driving. This issue still occurs. I was charged $292. This is extremely frustrating to have been charged and yet the issue does not seem to be resolved. I have tried calling to speak to a rep but so far no one has called me back. Unfortunately, this makes me uncomfortable and disappointed about the level of service that I have received. More

Not customer friendly anymore I've noticed a full staff change, and this iteration and visit I felt no one is mindfully engaging new customers entering the service center. That all make themselves look all busy never looking up from their paper work and essentially leaving a customer standing there wondering who is available. Part of customer service is acknowledgement that a customer is there, since people often come to the service center to get things done or get answers quickly as we're all have our own schedule and most of them tight. The BEST Service! The radiator on my Dodge Challenger overheated and was split. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. I chose Russell Westbrook Dodge for repair The radiator on my Dodge Challenger overheated and was split. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. I chose Russell Westbrook Dodge for repair because they had such high ratings on Yelp, Google, and other sites. Now I see why! I called and spoke with Robert Cauley, Service Advisor. He was very polite,reassuring and courteous from the start. He got my car in right away! He kept me apprised of the problems with my car throughout the entire process and even diagnosed a problem with my tail lights and blinker which 2 other Dodge dealerships were not able to do! The mechanics were very careful, knowledgeable and efficient and the car came back to me as I left it with no scratches. I was also very pleased to see the car was washed and pristine inside and out. The service at Russell Westbrook was exceptional! They replaced my radiator, did an oil change, fixed the tail lights/blinker and took care of an outstanding airbag recall all in less than 2 days...OMG!! The service department is fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this 5-star service department and Robert Cauley. I felt appreciated, valued and their mechanics are very skilled and careful... this is why I definitely will return to Russell Westbrook in Van Nuys. Thank you for your excellent customer service!! More
