Service Department Experience I scheduled an appointment for service on my Jeep. I had checked online and saw the offer of Lyft for a ride back home so I didn't arrange for anyone I scheduled an appointment for service on my Jeep. I had checked online and saw the offer of Lyft for a ride back home so I didn't arrange for anyone to pick me up . I arrived and was greeted by a young lady who I checked in with . She stated someone would help me . I waited in line a gentleman assisted me advised I wanted the routine service . He handed me two documents he printed out . Never told me the fees for the service I guess I had to figure out by looking at the printouts. Never offered a ride with Lyft as its advertised online. I guess you have to ask for it since its not offered . Arrived to pick up my Car around 5:30pm. Same gentleman assisted me . I paid for my service he handed me my car keys and said my car was to the right of the building . I thought okay it should be right outside . I went outside and began looking for my Jeep. I pushed the panic button and could hear it far away . A gentleman walked out from the mechanic side and assisted me he asked if they just handed me my keys and I said yes while he shook his head . He is the reason why Im giving a star . He walked to get my Jeep and apologized . Ive gotten my vehicles serviced on all my leased vehicles never have I experienced the lack of customer service the uninviting customer service received at this dealership . I wont be coming back for future service and will definitely not recommend to anyone . More
Brought my car in and they kept it for 9 days but same prob I brought my car in to Russell Westbrook Van nuys Dealership because of check engine light. They kept car for 9'days and just picked it up yesterday. I brought my car in to Russell Westbrook Van nuys Dealership because of check engine light. They kept car for 9'days and just picked it up yesterday. Today I have the same problem. The check engine light is back on again! My service advisor Rob was fantastic and took care of me but the mechanics must do not thoroughly service the cars. I shouldn't have to come back again for the same problem after they kept it for 9 days. Also when I picked up the car yesterday they said the car was ready but at first they said the car didn't start right away " for some reason". Thr reason was that the service guys left the light on. They said they didn't jump the car but then it started. Plus another service guy said they take in about 50-100 cars a day but can't repair them all in one day. Why would this dealership take in all gear catsd when they don't have enough technicians to repair these vehicles in one day? I've never went to a dealership where they have so many cars back logged. It's ridiculous and I've seen other dealerships that don't do this. The other dealerships I've been to assess the cars and repair quickly. Russell needs to expand his dealership to a accommodate the demand or advise his Sevice director to limit the number of vehicles they take in. The Service Director Roy has been great so far so I'll see what the problem is and fix it. More
